Meet the Chef
Executive Chef Paul Courtwright has worked in the culinary field in Ohio, Montana, and New England for the past 30 years. A native of Cleveland, he moved back to his home state after spending several years in Rhode Island, where he worked as an Executive Chef for Providence College. He has also worked in various capacities in fine dining, catering, hotels, and a brewery. He was featured in Maria Isabella’s book In the Kitchen with Cleveland’s Favorite Chef’s: 35 Fabulous Meals in about an Hourin 2012. Chef Paul loves to cook, travel, read, and relax when time permits.
